Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing Time: 1-3 business days
A: Standard Shipping: usually arrives in 2 - 7 business days once shipped
B: Expedited Shipping: usually arrives in 1 - 3business days once shipped(Please contact idealledshop@gmail.com if you need expedited shipping.)
Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.

“Business days” are considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays or scheduled service interruptions. Please check with your local postal service for all other regional restrictions and observed holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money! But any cancellation request after 24 hours will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the order.
Requests for change of address must be made directly with IdealLED Shop via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
IdealLED Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
The shipping cost for orders are non refundable.
